"DUCK SHACK" Your Northern Minnesota Family Vacation Place. The
Duck Shack is a large 2 bedroom manufactured home. This cabin is located about 130 yards from the lake. It
has 6 single beds and 2 double sofa sleepers.
This cabin is equipped with a TV, air
conditioning, full kitchen, microwave, toaster and a drip coffee maker. The full sized bathroom has a tub/shower.
Outside the cabin is a nice deck, fire pit, picnic table and a charcoal grill. This cabin is fully winterized.
Rates: May thru October
$130. / DAY / 4 people
$750. / WEEK / 4 people Winter November to March. $150/day. Full summer retreat.
Comes with all Resort aminaties.
Week after fishing oppener to end of September $2,200.
A $300 Deposit to hold retreat for next year is due by October, ramaining balance + Damage retainer to be paid in April.
