"DEER CAMP"
 Your North Minnesota Resort Vacation Place! 
Your deer camp in the woods.  The Deer Camp is a 2 bedroom manufactured home with air conditioning.  It is located about 150 yards from the lake.  Freshly painted and spiffed up for the season. There are 4 single beds and a sofa sleeper.  It has a full bath with a tub/shower. The full kitchen is complete with a microwave, toaster and drip coffee maker.  Out side is a picnic table, fire pit and a charcoal grill.  This cabin is fully winterized.

Comes with all Resort aminaties.
May 10th to Labor Day. $1,800. plus utilities paid in Full at time of reservation. Must sign contract one boat storage and docking.  Based on one Family of 4. check specials page or give us a call for more info.
 
Extra people
Age 12 and up $25.00 / DAY - $125.00 / WEEK
Age 11and under $15. / DAY  -  $75. / WEEK  
2 and under are FREE!!
A $300.00 deposit is required upon making a Weeks  reservation.
$200 Daily.

A credit card # along with the name and address on the card is needed when making a reservation. This is rather you send a check by mail or not.

A damage deposit of $1,200 will be held at time of Check-in. This will be held on your credit card until after inspection at check-out. This will be refunded entirely if your unit is found to be in clean and undamaged condition. A walk-thru inspection will occur at the time of check-in and then another walk- thru at check-out.

If damages are found the $1,200 will be charged to the credit card # on file.

 

There is no smoking in any of our cabins. A $150 cleaning fee will be charged to this same credit card if found to be in violation of this rule.  

 

Your deposit is not refundable. If you find it necessary to cancel your reservation please contact us immediately. Cancellations must be made at least 3 weeks in advance or you will be responsible for the full payment your confirmed reservation period. However, if we are able to re-rent your unit for the same period of time, no further payment is necessary.
